I wonder if that fountain is like the trophy or bridge in the GCN game... or maybe it was always there and I never noticed it (doubt it). It's cool though =D

Also, I'm thinking that might be for some sort of holiday. Which one, I have no clue. It looks meaningful, like for some sort of festival. Why else would tortimer show up?

Maybe you can have it built once you paid of all your mortgage or something? Looks cool. I wonder if it serves any purpose?

Yeah but I don't think it will serve the same purpose since there was no town hall in GC, only a post office but there is a town hall in CF which serves the purposes that the wishing well did (give environment advice).

Im fairly certain the fountain wasn't there in other videos/screenshots though, no I think its something temporary or that gets added later in the game, like the 2nd bridge in ACGC
