Well, I have a pikmin item... Is it hacked? my friend gave it to me.

Is it a red hat? Then no. Is it a blue hat? Then totally. Is it 3 pikmin in a flower pot? Well... that item WAS designed by Nintendo, but never officially released, so the only way to get it is by hacking, or through the duping of one of the originally hacked ones.
