My phone is saying 'page could not be loaded when going to tbt when I am at work, and it's stressing me out :/ I have no idea what's caused this. But was really hoping to get more streetpass silver while I was out, but not like this. ;_:

Which game has better graphics? Pokémon Sword/Shield, or Banjo-Kazooie. Well, SwSh has more cringeworthy graphics by the standards of Pokémon games and games made for the Switch. So I’ll probably say BK.

At first I thought that the reason people working at daycares in Pokémon don’t know how eggs are made is so they don’t have to explain sex in a family friendly game series, but if you think about it, it makes a lot of sense. What universe would a Spiritomb be able to lay an egg in? They’re just not sure how you even explain something like this.

Whenever i hear about coconut water I think of this memory I have from 5th grade I think? Where my mom had packed it and I tried it for the first time but I was eating lunch in the office. I seem to remember it being at the end of the front desk. The coconut water was a bit different, but I enjoyed it! But I can’t remember why I was in the office. I know I wasn’t in trouble. Hmm…

Today was the first time I ever watched Forrest Gump. ultra popular movie with a cult following, sometimes recipe for disappointment because expectations get so high.

I really liked it though. The 2 and a half hours flew by. I thought it would be a pure comedy, but it was thought provoking and serious at times.

...also, Paramount+ is a terrible service. I felt like I could have watched it illegally using a random link online, and would get more stability.
Forrest Gump is an amazing movie! I’d seen parts of it over the years (“Run, Forrest, run!”), but hadn’t watched the full thing from start to finish until recently. I didn’t expect the ending to hit me so hard….😢

What’s interesting is the author of the book said he pictured John Goodman as Forrest rather than Tom Hanks. That would have been interesting, as John Goodman is a versatile actor, but Tom Hanks was perfect for that role.

I have to watch what I say or what I do on the forums. While I would never bully, harass, or troll other members (and I am fair with trading with other members), some of the stuff that I say with no bad intentions could offend others or make them feel uncomfortable, and then it’s gonna result in them blocking me. Even posts that aren’t about a controversial subject (fandom-wide or worldwide) could upset others.

And yes, I do care if others are ignoring me. I should be free to communicate with anyone I want to at any time. That, and they may have some amazing art that I want or would seek something that I own, and yet, they would reject my orders or deals for reasons unrelated to their business. I have accepted that not everybody wants to be my friend, but I don’t want anybody to hate me.

Therefore, my aim would have to be to watch what I do to avoid losing followers or having more members block me. I should even try changing for the better to earn respect again from others that lost respect in me in the past.

Shoryuken.

Sho, Ryu, and Ken.

Get it? But who’s Sho, you might ask? Shokan, like the ones from Mortal Kombat.

This was based on something in a YouTube comment.

There was a season 3 South Park episode (The Red Badge of Gayness, where Cartman leads the Confederacy in a Civil War reenactment so that the Confederacy would win instead, and they try to pillage the rest of the US. Don’t ask) where they ridiculed Bill Clinton. As a side note, I noticed that even The Simpsons made fun of Bill Clinton. Yes, The Simpsons, made fun of Bill Clinton. You know you were a bad president when you’re a Democrat and Matt Groening would still lampoon you. Even if it was in the jockey elf episode, which is one that most people prefer to forget. But anyway, back to South Park, this made me wonder which presidents Matt and Trey have made fun of, because I think they’ve done stuff like this to all of the ones that have been in office during the show’s run.

Besides Bill Clinton, there was an episode about the 2004 election represented by a giant douche and a turd sandwich… anyway, George W. Bush is supposed to be the giant douche, and I’m pretty sure it’s the only time he’s been made fun of in the show. In that episode, the giant douche is a suck up, but clearly the more mature candidate, which I think they did because they knew he was going to win. With Obama, there’s been way more. In the first episode released about the 2008 election, they seemed to think that McCain supporters were overreacting about the US being ruined with Obama in office, with most of them in the episode killing themselves, but by the end of the episode, the Obama supporters also hate him (though this particular one is Randy, and he was mad because he was fired, which was his own fault, and also, it’s Randy). But in later episodes, they make more jokes against Obama. I’m not sure how many of them are the way they actually feel, because some of them are delivered through characters like Cartman or Mr. Garrison, but I’ll still assume that they mean at least some of it. It’s clear how they felt about Trump, given that they literally have an entire character based on him to use to make fun of, and I’m pretty sure Joe Biden hasn’t even appeared in any episode.

So the bottom line is that this entire post was a stupid waste of time. This is South Park we’re talking about. Trey and Matt will make fun of every president no matter how they actually feel about them, because it’s funny. And I just wasted a minute of your life. Sorry.

Edit: one other thing worth noting about George Bush is that Matt and Trey made an entire sitcom parody show about him.

Everytime I am out and about and I see a dustbin, I always sing a little song in my head, "Good afternoon, Sir Dustbin, Let me pass without happenstance." - I don't know when this started or why, but I can tell you that in all the years I've walked past dustbins, i have never experienced any form of happenstance. So make of that what you will.

This song is clearly meant to be the embodiment of pain. It’s in a game where most music is orchestrated with care, and then you have a song like this. It’s supposed to make you mad. The Star Bunnies? They’re laughing at you. It’s entertaining to them.

That must be the thought process when this song was being composed.

I was spoiled on the ending. I have a tendency to check how long the credits are in comparison to the spot the movie actually ends. Hence, I saw him standing at a tombstone on the thumbnail.

Tom Hanks acting at the end was stellar. It was still very emotionally heavy. I give this movie every flower. It lived up to the hype.

One of my favorite things to do while playing BotW/TotK is blasting Hidden Mountain and Forest from the SSBB ost on my Bluetooth speaker while riding across the vastness of Hyrule on my horse. It feels like a grand adventure, very fitting 🐎

And if there's a sudden thunderstorm, I immediately switch over to Song of Storms 🌧️⚡
