This has been driving me nuts for over a month to the point of making this account to ask for help. I have 4/6 and I cannot get my last two to spawn. I tiled my entire island. I left anywhere from 1-8 spaces open not including the two in my rock garden and nothing. How many spaces do I need to leave open and can anyone see why maybe they won’t spawn? Thanks everyone in advance

I am going to assume they aren't spawing somewhere else and you haven't noticed them and say that if that isn't it I think it is because the house that is in front, even though there is technically room for them, the bushes and the house may be blocking it. I could be wrong since there are bushes behind the house, but when I did mine the last two wouldn't place either, even though the other around it seemed to all be in the same type of space...I ended up having to move all the rocks up and reconfigure to get them to spawn.

I fear it could be because of the house? there's a thread on here that I referred to when building my rock garden, I'll see if I can find it now - they had rocks not spawning because there was a cliff in the way. a house i'd imagine would have a similar effect because it sort of blocks 'visibility'
edit: this is the thread and here is a reddit guide to spawning rocks - behind a house there has to be a certain amount of space available for a rock to spawn so I'd imagine that's the problem
