Pokémon Pokemon Events!

Because of the 20th anniversary for Pokemon games and cards, Nintendo and the Pokemon Company are releasing special events throughout the month! So far Mew, Jirachi, and Darkrai have been released. Darkrai is still able to be received, but not for long. You can pick up the code card for Darkrai at your local Gamestop, as long as they have not run out yet.
The release of the Mythical Pokemon Collection box has also been ongoing. Like the event, Darkrai is released for this month. Mew and Jirachi were released as well and can still be bought at Amazon, Gamestop, etc.

June is featuring Manaphy, both in the card game and the video games. Manaphy is received through mystery gift.

July is featuring Shaymin. She can be received through mystery gifrt as well.

August features the infamous Arceus! His code card will be at Gamestop. Get him before they run out!

September is Victini. He can be received through Mystery Gift.

October is Keldeo. He can be received through mystery gift.

November is Genesect. He is going to be at Gamestop.

And finally, Meloetta cwill be in December. She can be recived through Mystery gift.

As well as these special pokemon, Zygarde, a shiny Xerneaus, and a shiny Yevetal can be received through mystery gift!

I got mine yesterday. It's awesome! I have some Pokemon from older events, like the shiny dialga, Palkia, and Giratina as well as the old Celebi. I wouldn't want to give them up though I'd love to battle with you!!

I know it's not for another few months, but I hope the Arceus release is similar to the ones that were released last year in Japan. For those who don't know, Arceus was distributed in Japan to people who prebooked tickets to see the 18th Pokemon movie. This distribution was unique in that it wasn't just one Arceus they were giving away; everyone had an equal chance at getting one of 19 different Arceus upon redeeming them, one for each typing in the game and the 19th Arceus being an extremely rare shiny Arceus that can't be obtained legitimately through any other method so far.

I'm hoping the GameStop Arceus being released are the same, in that the codes they give distribute different Arceus with their held plates and a rare shiny 19th Arceus. Japan has always received exclusive events like the shiny Genesect, shiny Jirachi and shiny Diancie events that are yet to be released anywhere else; but recently, the shiny Xerneas and Yveltal events that were previously exclusive in Japan were recently released in NA and parts of Europe (I think?) as well. So who knows what Nintendo and Game Freak have up their sleeves?

Yeah I doubt it will happen though, whoever handling those events have been very greedy and sparse handling stuff overseas unless it's very special... I guess we can always hope though.

Well, they do really have the advantage since Pokemon started from them. I'm much more jealous that they're having a Pokemon Center which caters to the likes of fans. I think they're doing this because they're planning to clean up all the hacked/genned pokemon. That's why Volcanion, Meloetta and Genesect are still untradable in the GTS if they have ribbons. Well, hoping for the good!

That's sounds awesome! I just hope they do more fun events, like shinies. Arceus will be here before you know it! Let's just hope they do keep up with the shiny events! I recently got the shiny Zygsrde, Xerneus, and Yvetal. They are so cool! Only two of them were shiny though.
