I move bruh to the front.
I start to go through PETALBURG WOODS, and I see this guy in a green tuxedo looking around as if he were lost. I try to walk past him, but he stops me.
"Y-" I start to answer.
The music that constantly plays in my head suddenly changes when I see this guy. The music now sounds more energetic compared to the dreary music of the WOODS.
He shouts so loud that he disturbs the COCOON POKéMON nearby and the TAILLOW feasting on a WURMPLE. Even though I was never able to disturb them myself by running through the tall grass, this person has managed to do so himself. This angers me.
The guy in his tuxedo runs to hide behind me. He must've heard of Luffy's bad***ness.
So he challenges me, treating me like a impertinent child who is fairly annoying. I send out my bruh, and he sends out a POOCHYENA.
Except his POKéMON is LEVEL 9. Mine is LEVEL 10.
Oh snap, bruh better be some sort of good or anything miraculous.
bruh uses Absorb.
It throws SAND at my bruh. I fall on the soft ground laughing, and start rolling around.
For some guy who acted so full of himself, his POKéMON were surely extremely weak.
But then bruh's ABSORB misses.
I realize what the SAND did. Oh snap.
It continues to miss. I start rolling on the ground in my pools of tears. POOCHYENA HOWLs in mockery as I miss again. It then TACKLEs bruh to the ground. bruh doesn't get up, and so I call her back.
That monster.
I'll show him.
I send out KFC. I order KFC to POUND the POOCHYENA to death for how mean it was to my bruh. I'll never forgive that rag-tag uniform for this.
KFC levels up...
and learns QUICK ATTACK! (even if Luffy already has)
The guy introduces himself as part of TEAM AQUA. I'm never gonna ever forgive TEAM AQUA for their meanie-meanness that encompasses my every thought now. They hurt my bruh. I'll hurt their POKéMON.
The DEVON RESEARCHER hands me a GREAT BALL. It's blue instead of the red I'm used to. He mutters a thanks before yelling, "It's a crisis!" and then running off to the north, in the direction of RUSTBORO, or so I gathered from what they said.
The music playing in my head returns to the normal, dull drone that is the WOODS's music.
I continue north and get out of there, ignoring the guy that seems as if he will run up to me any second if I cross his ever-directionally-changing line of sight.
I exit PETALBURG WOODS.
When walking along the dirt path, I notice the flowers at the very limits of my peripheral vision.
Those flowers...
They looked like the flowers from LITTLEROOT!
I run over to them, and see a building which I then enter.
After walking around inside, I noticed that there were no boys in here. All of everybody was a girl, obsessed over candy. I got a PECHA BERRY from her.
And then one gave me a WAILMER PAIL. Oh, the glory. I took it out and watered every single BERRY on that ROUTE, or just the two that I saw.
Even though there was a super-secret pathway leading behind the SHOP, I decided to continue ahead east.
I walk right past two girls, obviously TWINs. They didn't do anything, and that irked me.
So I went back and poked one.
"Okay, let's battle with our POKéMON!" the one named GINA stated. MIA didn't even bother to greet, just stared at me as she dropped her POKé BALL onto the ground, sending out one of bruh's kind. GINA sent out a SEEDOT.
I send out Wally and Luffy.
Wait, why'd they send out two? Why'd I send out two? Is this a type of BATTLE restricted to the HOENN Region? I had never seen--nor heard--of BATTLEs where people send out two POKéMON; that was just unheard of, and it was rude, you could gain up on the other TRAINER!
Either way, I won. Luffy used her QUICK ATTACK twice, and Wally used her CONFUSION twice. That was fairly easy, I guess. I'd just have to get used to the BATTLE-style.
I continue across the deck into RUSTBORO, where I look at the buildings and notice shadows.
I look at the POKéMON MART and the really tall building.
ONE OF THEM HAS A SHADOW, AND THE OTHER DOESN'T
I sit down and contemplate how tHIS IS EVEN POSSIBLE AT ALL before walking into the RUSTBORO POKéMON CENTER to heal my bruh.
eVEN THE SHELVES HAVE SHADOWS FOR MEW'S SAKE
I walked out of the CENTER and walked north, trying to ignore the fact that the large buildings hAD SHADOWS. UGH THIS IS REALLY GOING TO BOTHER ME
And so I walked into the GYM, the first GYM challenge I was to take. There was the direct way, with two TRAINERs blocking my path, or the indirect super-ultra-secret pathway which I noticed unbelievably so. I wasn't the usual person who fell for this. OH NO, I noticed the super-ultra-secret pathway...
...and so I took it. I was shrouded in shadows, which the ouTSIDE WORLD DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE FOR SOME REASON
I saw the first GYM LEADER at the end of the GYM, and then challenged her after she started talking about what she learned at the TRAINER's SCHOOL--a building probably witHOUT A SHADOW--

The BATTLE started, the music was dramatic and all that good stuff. She sent out a GEODUDE (GAH SELFDESTRUCT BAD MEMORIEEEESSSSS) and I sent out my bruh.
She made short work with the GEODUDE, even though bruh aLMOST DIED LIKE HOLY COW, using Absorb three times in order to make it faint. Even then, ROXANNE had used two POTIONS, so I kind of switched out to KFC in order to take down the main tyrant. OH WAIT BRUH ALSO LEVELED UP TO LEVEL 11 YEEEEEHAWWWWW!
And so this POKéMON I had never seen before came out; a NOSEPASS.
It had a GIANT red nose that was half the size of the POKéMON itself.
I approached it cautiously with KFC, ABSORBing it's LIFE OUT SO THAT IT WOULD DIE REALLY SOON.
But everything went wrong.
It hardly did anything to the NOSEPASS.
ROXANNE yelled "Use ROCK TOMB!"
I had a heart attack; with a name sounding like that, what would happen?
It missed, so I didn't get to see what it did, thankfully, but I heard the breaking of rocks at the other side of the GYM. Really big rocks. I commanded KFC to ABSORB it again, this time more weary to switch it out.
Another small dent was made.
NOSEPASS missed again. I sighed, as this was getting too close. More boulders broke on the other side of the GYM, and this time they seemed closer.
I used ABSORB one last time. NOSEPASS hit this time, but I had my eyes close so I wouldn't see the damage it had done to KFC.
It drained a little less than half. And I was expecting it to faint in one hit! I sighed in relief. It had horrid accuracy anyways, KFC was safe as long as ROXANNE told the NOSEPASS to use it. KFC was moving slower for some reason the next turn, and so the NOSEPASS used TACKLE first. It didn't do nearly as much damage. Now the NOSEPASS was nearly fainted, I could tell. KFC used ABSORB, now it was really close.
NOSEPASS was commanded to use ROCK THROW, and so rocks were thrown at KFC, and he fainted.
I switched out to bruh. In my rush, I accidentally commanded it to use ASTONISH. Crap.
So I sent out Luffy as ROCK THROW fainted my bruh.
Luffy used BUBBLE.
AND LUFFY WON, THEN LEVELING UP
ROXANNE gave me a STONE BADGE, and a TM, containing ROCK TOMB. I walked out of the GYM (I figured it would be rude to run), and went east a little.
"GET OUT! OUT OF THE WAY!"

Not to mention, I'm restricted to 20 images here...
Also, I'm really sorry for how long the Nosepass battle was, I really wasn't expecting that to be as hard as it was.
Lastly, I will get that Mega-Grind in, don't worry, just not today. Maybe tomorrow.
I have other plans for Luffy, but don't worry, she'll get booted out eventually.
