We useually need to collect KK songs before we use a stereo so is KK music going to play on the radio?
✴︎Will KK have a rival now?
✴︎Will there be weather reports?
✴︎Will there be advertisements?
✴︎Will it play past themes and hourly music?

There's so much we don't know about the radio!!! ٩(Ͼ ⌓︎ Ͽ)

K.K. is my favorite feature of the series, so I'm actually pretty excited for this but very curious how this will work. I assume that at a certain radius, the background music will cut out and whatever aircheck you have in the stereo will play. Hard to say for sure though. The most I expect out of it is that it will play airchecks like usual but nothing else. Maybe we get a free track this time instead of it sitting with nothing to play for the first week or so.

I feel it’s going to be like a stereo and you have to put the music in. But I hope not. It would be cool if it did function like a radio. Lol k.k having a rival I’d like lol. That would be interesting. Lol they seem to be including younger generations of older characters...let k.k have a son that does music.

weather reports would be good. And new about anything special going on in town that day. Similar to have copper or booker would tell you.

Now I’m excited about this radio and will be kinda disappointed if it doesn’t do any of this.

Haha, man its great you have so much enthusiasm for this XD I'm sure at the start its a normal radio, but more stuff unlocks like being able to possibly listen to music while you walk around and can connect with your nook phone!

-I'm all for being able to play past music if they allow it (if not, the internet will be my source, or that chrome extension)

-Possibly K.K. will have a rival that does sell out to the man (possibly an older brother or sister) and there an arc of some sort (i can dream)

-I hope that we can have both Copper and Booker again, it made me sad when i had to choose one of the stations in NL and couldn't have both in the town

-Its possible that morning aerobics will return due to the switch having the equivalent of a c-stick on a game-cube controller

I was thinking the same thing a while ago but then discarded the idea because I wasn't sure... But listening to KK on the go would be cool - in game! （＾Ｏ＾☆♪

Yeah, when you have a TV it does show you but they may provide info on both now? And that weather instrument thingy? ୧꒰*?꒳`*꒱૭✧︎

haha KK having a relative? I've always seen him as a lone dog but yeah of course he's probably got a family... Even married possibly? If not, I wonder who would step up? Pascal? Harriet? Rover? Katie ♡ Unless they have an open mic station! (๑?̀ㅁ?́๑)✧︎

I too am wondering about the little radio it comes with. Like, what can you do with it? Will it come with something or do programs right away, like the weather? There's so many questions that need answering, but it's kinda funny when you think about it. We are all asking these questions right now, but before you know it, we will all have Animal Crossing: New Horizons and be playing it everyday.

I'm hoping it does come with at least a few songs. Doesn't make too much sense to have nothing. Maybe the songs it will come with will be random with everyone. Like one person will have these three songs and someone else will have three different ones than the other person.

I'm hoping for a sneak peek too. I really love watching Nintendo Directs and we could really use one right about now. I know I do! Also, the radio part IS intriguing. Normally it is always called a stereo and not "radio." o:

For the radio, wouldn't it be awesome if KK sang themes from games? Like Mario Kart SNES themes, Star Fox SNES themes ect? I would love KK to sing all of these! If he sang Corneria and Rainbow Road SNES is be I'd heaven ლ(ٱ٥ٱლ) ♡♡♡

Very different series, of course, but I always loved the in-game radio in Grand Theft Auto, and how it has advertisements and even news broadcasts that report on events you've been up to. While I don't expect anything so in-depth in AC, there's a real potential for world-building and immersion if the radio is more than a music player.
