possible to move games across accounts?

please redirect this if it's in the wrong place, hopefully someone can be more helpful than google is proving to be. about a year ago a digital game was bought on my nintendo account except I never play it, my sister does. now that I'm playing ACNH she can't play her game if I'm playing AC. is it at all possible to move the game from my account to her account or is she going to have to buy it all over again? any help would be appreciated

Try the steps in this article maybe? I believe a lot of folks were doing that when Lites came out and people got a secondary switch
