pre order series 2?

I've recently seen some people post about pre ordering series 2 (Japanese cards) and was wondering if someone could direct me to where I would go for this as I haven't been able to find any full boxes yet (the ones that have about 50 packs)

I've also read that with the Japanese series 1 you were guaranteed to complete the series if you brought the box, and was wondering if this was the same case for series 2 (as I really don't want to end up with a lot of duplicates)

You can order through Amazon JP but you'll need to use a forwarding service like Tenso because they don't ship internationally. Right now there is no stock, plus it's already release day, so you will have to wait until Amazon gets a restock, or pay a 4000 yen or more premium to buy them from a third party seller. I'm not sure if sites like Amiami or Playasia stock the full booster set, but in any case pre-orders are already over for them too if they do.
