Not sure if this is the right place to post this but anyway.
My drama performance of "Twelth Night" by Shakespeare is tomorrow (Friday) night and I'm super nervous!
For those of you that know of the play, I play Viola who is one of the main characters.
I have a costume change right in the beginning of the play where I get changed on stage and then have two lines to get changed again. My parents and siblings will also be in the audience so ugh.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows any techniques I can use to actually calm down and not panic?
I'm literally freaking out as the cast doesn't really know what their doing.
Thanks for your help and I'd like to think this post can help people who need help with their nerves too!
