I'm considering selling my art on here either for TBT or IGB and I'd love to know some pricing~ (I'm only used to RLC/Gaia stuff so TBT pricing is foreign to me). I typically charge $10 for a single CG piece (which idk if that's too cheap or expensive so an opinion on that is nice too). ;v;

I'm not too fond of drawing animals so any villagers would be plushies (unless I can somehow figure out how to draw the little guys).

Any and all opinions appreciated~

OH MY I would say 800 BTB-1k+ : O Hmmmm IGB maybe 30-40 mil+ for one character? So lovely<3

These look great. Defiantly consider a high price for these. You'll end up making a pretty penny here.

But be warned, you'll be swamped with orders.

I think 10 is definitely fair, you could probably charge more :> 800+ for TBT!

These are so adorable, I especially love the second example! I agree with Kairi's prices and also agreeing with Norski, you'll be swamped with orders lol.

This is so great! Though, the eyes are like, 75% as big as the head, it makes it look a little weird, other than that, it's great so....

400-600 tbt

You're welcome ;D

I'm not good at pricing, but from one artist to the next---you're always best basing your prices off on the amount of time you put into something. I feel that's especially true in the case of RLC. For example, I calculate at minimum wage, basically. People often don't understand how much time and effort goes into art. I'd advise you not to sell yourself cheap! If you can do them quickly, $10 sounds fine, but if they take you a significant amount of time, I'd consider raising your prices or you're working for a lot less than a minimum wage worker would be.

As far as TBT and IGB goes, I dunno. The prices are all over the place around here. But I'd suggest perhaps doing auctions if you're looking to make TBT/IGB. I bet people will easily bid thousands of TBT for your art.

Hope that some part of this helps!

PLEASE do not sell for less than 1ktbt ;a; I'll never get a slot if you do lol
You do wonderful work!

Ikke noe problem but like I said, if you do open a shop here, prepare for people to completely lose themselves. With TBT, some shops have different styles they charge for. For example, you could sell chibis for 500TBT and full-body for 800TBT or making flat coloring is 100TBT extra and shaded is 200TBT extra. Also, do you draw guys?

Ahh I know. ;n; They generally take anywhere from 2-3 maaaybe 4 hours depending on detail so I probably should up it- but there's that side of me that feels like I haven't improved enough yet to feel justified pricing it higher. //shrugs

Thank you for your feedback! It helped a lot. c:

Omg no price higher!! 1k minimum. Do not settle or sell yourself short. 4hours is a very long time to be working on something!

Ohh, I'm a dumb chibi artist- so no full-body's from me. orz;; Though I do want to come up with some mini-chibi or SOMETHING idk I need variety

I do indeed, it's just rare any guys come forth- actually the second example is a male too~

this ^^^^^

Price according to how long it takes you to do something ^^
My headshots/art usually only takes 15 - 20 Minutes each, so I do it for free whenever I have the time. If something is taking you hours, and it looks awesome, you definitely deserve high pay c:

If that's the case, I would advise upping it, but that's completely your choice and up to what you're comfortable with. Always remember that artists are often the most critical of their own work, though. I doubt that anyone else views your art the way that you do. I mean, heck, just look at all the replies here already. : ) I'm just concerned that you may stress yourself out by selling yourself short, and that's especially true for a place like this, as you're going to get swamped by dozens of people who want to get slots to buy your work with various forms of currency.

Nonetheless, best of luck! Try to find a balance that's right for you. In the end, that's the most important thing. What you're comfortable with is where you'll feel best doing what you do.

Couldn't agree more, despite me not being an artist in the same sense : )

I'll consider it! c: Heh, that's one of the harsh things about being an artist and seeing your own work;;;
I'll be sure to do my best and not sell myself short and try to make sure everything is nice and organized~

Thank you very very much!
