Pricing and Critique?

I recently started doing digital art. It sucks if I do it from scratch so I take a picture of one I did traditionally, the go over it on my iPad. The results are quite satisfying. I'd like some pricing and critique please c:. I added backgrounds to them, and I also have the ones without them. I've done two so far:

The background is nice, but the lines are still quite sketchy. The anatomy is off, the arms kinda look like noodles... The neck is also unequal, there are lots of refs you can use, or you could get one of those posable doll things c: Coloring is a lot better, and other then that, research shading and how to draw fabrics!
