Problems with the wii

The wii. We love it, right? I like it, but I've noticed something. You've played the games, so you've probably noticed in games like wiisports, SMG, SSBB, and many others, that they mostly involve just shaking and tilting the wiimote.

Do you remember the gamecube? It's games? How about PM: TTYD, LoZ:WW, and resident evil 4? They had good plot-lines, good controls, great playability, but most of all, creativity!

Nowadays, wii games just focus on: OOHH! You can move it! It's soooo great! Notice, that these new games are just soap operas now! Let's not forget Super Paper Mario. But all they really focus on is interactivity. Which is only fun for so long. Don't you want action, adventure, and real puzzles? Then post what you think about the wii here. Good or bad.

its good but like you said they need to make it less motion controlled sometimes, i think they should make a wii controler thats like a gamecube one but all wireless and has maybe some motion like tilting and shaking controls or somehting

Very interesting outlook but did super mario galaxy show up on the cube or mario kart wii yes they put to much intrest on controlers but the games are not bad at all

I think the Wii is a mediocre console.
Finding a worthwhile game for it is like mining with a spoon.
Most of the time you get coal and when you find a gem in that video game mine, it's really valuable.

the wii could be better yes but there is several good games 4 it.. heck old school library alone is cool.

That's why I've practically given up looking and let the feeble minded continue digging. I don't have that problem of searching for good games for my PS3. <3 PS3.

Yes, I'm not a big fan. What lazy kid playing video games wants to actually move?

besides there's not even a awesome game that uses it = waste
