Okay, so what I am planning to do is make video games or develop ideas for them for the future. So I'm looking for concept artists to pitch ideas for character design, and much much more. Jobs can be found lower in the thread. Maybe if we're really good by a few ideas, we could start selling some like on Scratch on something.
How This Will Work
When I get a full-gathered team, we will come up with a name for our gaming team. I will then have a thread officially for us, where I'll post ideas for you to check out. Then you guys will come up with characters or whatever your job entitles you to do. I will make a map on Minecraft to test out how it could function. I then try Scratch to code it into a good game, sometimes making mini-games for the actual game. When we have these fully developed ideas and concepts done, we will choose official looks and more. These ideas, like I said before, may be the next actual video game as I plan on learning how to make video games when I apply for college. I will credit you guys as well. I would never take all the credit, so the team gets credited of course!

Temporary Jobs are jobs like voice-acting, that usually take auditions and are only for certain games. Voice acting files will be saved for future use if I do end up making these real video games.

So jobs, these jobs are permanent for you on the team. Like "Concept Artist" or "Sprite-Maker" or something like that. So yeah. I also do sometimes give promotions and opportunities for you to have more than one job depending on how well you do.
