Some basic rules & courtesy reminders:
- Please be polite. Keep things civil.
- Please have space, and be available for pickup after you post to adopt a villager.
- We meet at the station, so please don't run off on your own.
- I have no problem flipping the wi-fi switch when necessary.
- All payments must be made before coming over to pickup the villagers.
- For IG Bells transfer, we will be using the Re-Tail method in my main town, Callobee, first. (FC in sig)
- Please leave a wi-fi feedback for me after our transaction - I shall do the same in return.
- Please keep timezone differences in mind when requesting for a villager.

Timezone here = in CA, USA PST / GMT-8
I'm usually available 7:30pm - 11:30 pm.

Awww Thanks Dewy for the bump - sadly, both Rosie and Moe have been voided already.

When Teddy's in boxes, he can be adopted for 50 BTB / 500k 20 BTB or the equivalent in IG Bells.

Hmm. The person who was selling Francine to me is offline right now. I did take a bit too long to reply to her VM.

Thank you for your most generous offer - should I came across Fauna again in either of my towns,

I do believe that it'd be much safer and more sensible for both of us to proceed with any sort of payment,
in whatever currency or amount,
when a villager is actually present in my towns / in boxes.
