question about 2 specific collectibles

so i've seen the ancient lantern and dusty scroll before, and i was wondering if they're giftable/tradeable and how much they're worth if anyone knows?

I don't believe those are giftable/tradeable! iirc they were given as rewards for solving riddles/puzzles during Halloween events years ago?

They gave out the scroll / lantern during the Halloween 2013 event. There's also some people with 2015 lanterns, although I'm not sure where those ones came from.
