Question about 30 limit PWP's

Are the Museum upgrade,Dream Suite and Town Hall renovations included with the 30 limit?

No they do not count as PWP's. Only non-permanent projects count as a pwp. Ones you can demolish are considered PWP's
Even bridges count

Yep counts as 4. I have a lot of street lights in my town, and it's preventing me from building other PWP's. I think there should be a higher limit than 30. There's so many nice projects to choose from, but you can't build much =/
