Question about Celeste

I know that Celeste spawns between 7pm and 4am, but I’m curious if that means that she can show up anytime during that period or if she will always appear by 7pm.
I feel like I’ve had days that I couldn’t find her and when I logged back on a few hours later she would be there. But maybe she was playing hard to get, we all know how she is LOL

Spawns at 7pm, leaves at 4am. I think.

She should be around at 7pm. But, if you're outside for a long time, say 6pm, and it's already 8pm and you did not enter a single building during that time, I believe she will not spawn. You need to enter then exit a building. Or restart the game.
