When a villager moves out who you want to get back do you need to cycle 16 villagers after them to get them? For example, Zell moved out today after I messed up TTIng. He was a dream villager of mine so I need to get him back. He was the 8th villager to move out so to get him again do I need to get another 8 villagers to go or do I need another 16 villagers to go?
