Question about Cyrus original furniture

I took the trunk to Cyrus and had an original design put on it. Not my original design it was a qr code from a website.

I know if I delete the orignal design it wil change to the new design.

What if I give the trunk to another person in another town --- will the original design that has now been deleted change?

You cannot give the trunk to another person if you used a design on it.
