Question about decorating

Once you have decorated a villagers house how do you redecorate it? I want to add items to a room but theres no option

You use your client list book and go "Visit" them. Talk to them and say you want to redo their place.

I've been experiencing the same problem. They don't even ask about remodeling, either.

You have to visit the next day. You can only design one house per day.

To add more rooms I think you have to unlock the expansion thing using playcoins.

It's called "Choosing a Layout" and costs 5 playcoins and will only become available after you have completed the hospital.

You probably need to unlock the playcoin option to expand, first.
