Question about Hybrids

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can tell me what different types of hybrid flower there are, as I've just planted loads of flowers in one area around my town to try and make hybrids, and dulicates have been popping up around town, but one thing that popped up was a dandelion. Is that a hybrid?

Thanks. Also, all my flowers are next to another of its species, but I've not left any gaps in between anything. Should there be gaps to make hybrids, or will it not matter?

It Doesn't Matter, You Can Still Get Hybrids, But On My Game I Tended To Get More When They Were Planted Diagonal To Each Other.

F = flower
x = space

Also, if you want to make a garden of flowers, try planting them like this.
