Question about multiple cards of the same villager

You know how there are multiple cards, such as multiple Isabelle cards and multiple Timmy cards? If you use all of them, do they all "connect" to the same house or can you make multiple houses for each card? You know how Isabelle is wearing a dress in series 4? Does she look like that in game when you scan her in?
