Question about Nintendo ID

I really want to remove my ID off my ds to make a new one.

I was going to delete it until I saw I'd need to re add all my friends because it'd delete my friends list.

I have no funds no downloaded games so I really don't care about it at all except for my FL.

I want to know if removing it instead will keep my friends list when I make a new one or what can I do to change my ID while keeping my list intact?

If you remove your Nintendo Network ID from you 3DS, it will take your Friends List with it. Besides, I believe Nintendo requires you to have a NNID to play online with your 3DS so why would you want to remove it. If it's as simple as renaming your NNID, I'm sure Nintendo Support could help you out with that.
