Question about special characters!

I'm starting to collect the Amiibo figures, and I'm just wondering: do Blathers and Celeste live together, or do you make separate houses for them? I know some special characters live together, so I'm just curious. :0

Yes, they do live in the same house. The Able sisters share a house, as do Reese and Cyrus. Those are the only ones I know of. I've only been able to test with the figures. I don't know how many cards there are and who is with whom.

Ah, thank you! That makes deciding which Amiibos to buy a little easier.

I have a Timmy and Tommy figure, and I can confirm that they live together... But I mean, no one is surprised by that. XD If you scan the figure, Tommy will be the one who you call on the phone, but if you go to their house to visit, it'll say Timmy's house. Weird. Tom Nook doesn't live with them, though, which surprised me.

Ooh, it's going to be tricky trying to make bedrooms for all of them when you're only allowed to have three rooms! XD Looks like Grams and Leila are going to have to share a room. Hehe.

That's what I did for the Able sisters. I gave Sable her own room upstairs, and Mabel and LaBelle shared the basment, and the main floor was a living area with a small kitchen.

Ah, I actually built the Able Sisters a house yesterday, and I just made all three of them share a bedroom. XD I made them a living area/kitchen main room, a side room for sewing, and the three of them share a bedroom.

Just curious, does anyone know if Kaitlin is in this game? I know there's a Katie card, but it would be super cute if she lived with Kaitlin. If not... That's really a missed opportunity.

It would be nice if they released cards of some of the NPC's that didn't make it to New Leaf. I would love a Wisp Card and a Serena Card.

And let's bring back all of the forgotten villagers from the Gamecube days! I really want them to bring back Bow and Meow! I know they brought back a few, like Carrie, and I hear Sprocket is in the game's code... But I want ALL THE VILLAGERS.

On the subject of special characters... Does Dr. Shrunk live alone? Because, in his stand up routine, he has a number of jokes that mention a wife and a son... Ahh, I hope the poor guy didn't go through a divorce. That would be really dark for this game. (Though, considering the relationship he seems to have with his wife... It wouldn't surprise me.)
