question about villagers and wreaths !!!

twice in a row I’ve had villagers not put the wreath I’ve gifted them up on their door... it is disheartening because I crafted them especially for the villager and then I feel as if it were a waste of resources due to them not even putting it up!!? I’ve never had this happen before until now.. I figured I’d post here and ask if anyone else has stumbled upon this problem? or if it is me?! or a glitch?!!! I am unsure. I gifted them wreaths again today... we will see if tomorrow they are on the doors.

It's a bug since the last update. There's like 2-3 threads floating around about it. I've gotten one bugged villager to put up a wreath by gifting daily but there's no gurantee that it'll work

bless you for responding! I was hoping it may just be a bug and perhaps in the next update it will be fixed. I am so glad I did not gift them festive wreaths! that’s all I know.

They would have taken down the festive wreath eventually. All the seasonal material wreath only stay for up for that respective season.

oh, this explains a lot. i (unfortunately, in hindsight) gifted everyone a snowflake wreath yesterday and out of 10 villagers, only 2 put them up. i was like ??? because when i gave them all mushroom wreaths, they all had them hanging up the next day. glad to know it's a bug.

I've seen this in another forum and it seems to be happening more often. I gave Cherry a Red Ornament and she didn't put it up the next few days.
