question about villagers appearing!

I don't recall seeing a thread about this but if it's already been posted sorry in advance! I saw on here that the cards are only for NPC's but villagers will appear randomly with requests on the mini mainstreet!

This question is mainly for anyone who has the game already {so it's 100% and not someone's assumption}, do different villagers appear each time you start a new day, or do they stick around for a while before changing?

And, is it possible for villagers not in the current released series to be there {ex. villagers who aren't in series 1}, sorry if that's a dumb question but just wondering D:

Some seem to stick around a few days, but some reset every day

I've unlocked all of them, so yes all villagers and not just volume 1 show up

You've unlocked all the villagers?! Since they're so many I thought that would be so difficult D: But once you unlock them {through main street} can you go back to visit them/re-decorate for them?

Yes you can

I took a break from decorating so I could unlock all 334 villagers so I had more furniture to give to my dreamies
