Question: is it possible to ping people?

As the title says, I'm wondering if you can ping people? Like, is there a way to mention people that will send them a notification letting them know they've been mentioned?

Usually it's something like @Ammoth, but that doesn't seem to be working.

Try "Liking" their most recent post in a thread or something where you responded to them. If they follow the link out of curiosity, like I always do, they'll probably see your response!
