Hello! I'm extremely new here (only a few hours) and I see people trading things for something called tbt? What is that? How do I earn that? Is it a different thing than actual in game bells? Is there a post explaining this? Also what is candy? I've seen that too and I'd like to know.

Hi Welcome! Tbt is the forum's form of currency, you get it by posting and by trading. And the candies are collectibles which you can buy in the shop for tbt.

TBT is the online currency for this website, you earn it by posting mainly or selling the images you see under my avatar. Candy is collectibles which are what is under my avatar. Hahah thank you!! Yes, you will earn tbt but only 2tbt, i think. And if I remember correctly you get 600tbt when you join but it takes awhile to get it.

if im not mistaken, you get no tbt (forum bells) for posting in tbt market, retail, the basement boards, or the spooktacular boards.

you get more forum bells for starting threads, and for long (but meaningful) posts, then for short posts.

also, you can trade game items for forum bells on the tbt marketplace board.
