Questions regarding "growing TBT hybrids" during flower week

Just to make sure, I'm going to post a few questions about this event so that I do not fluff anything up, which is normally something I tend to do.

- Just a prerequisite; is the flower line-up in my inventory valid, and likely to propagate hybrids, and is it as efficient as it possibly could be? If not, how could I improve its efficiency?

- Does the fertiliser also need to be visible in my lineup? I know the flowers do, but I haven't found any information whether or not the fertiliser also needs to be in the lineup.

- Does the fertiliser only double the odds for one pair of plants, or for all pairs that are in your inventory?

yeah, you have a fair amount of combinations going on. minus the yellow+white violets side by side combination, it looks like every other like flower pairing will potentially make a hybrid. so 1x combination each for lilies, pansies, and cosmos, 4x combinations for violets

fertilizer needs to be visible, and it increases the chance for any possible hybrid combination

Okay, thanks for the answers! I'll move around the flowers to increase my chances, and I'll try to buy some fertiliser ASAP (although I don't have enough TBT yet, but I'm hoping I can get some from posts)

keep in mind too that due to collectible ordering that as-is the cosmos would stop being able to produce hybrids (if I'm understanding the diagonal positioning right) if you bought a fertilizer, unless you also went and bought like a second red lily first (which would then bump to 2 possible lily combinations)

I don't understand what you are saying. I can't seem to change the position of the yellow and white violets, I was planning on putting them on the far right and far left sides respectively in the hopes of making only successful pairs, so how do I change their positions?

you can't

ordering is based on the purchase history. from newest (top-left) to oldest (bottom-right)

only way to change ordering would be to trade with people whose flowers are dated differently

for yours though, (minimal changes for maximal efficiency with what you have going on already) I'd prob say to dump out the yellow violet and one of the grouped purple violets, buy a red lily (or trade for one dated newer than your white lily), and then buy a fertilizer

should end you with 2x possible lily combinations, 1x pansy, 1x cosmos, and 3x violet, if I'm thinking things through right

also wait lol, I just realized you could probably just kick out the yellow pansy once you're ready with the fertilizer and the overflow will do the rest of the work for you with the same results
