Quick move-outs?

I only started playing WW about a week ago for the first time. Two days ago Rosie moved in. Now when I went to her house, she's already in boxes and moving out? How common is this, should I be worried about losing villagers quickly

Well, I hope I can convince her to stay, I've spoken to her so many times and she hasn't changed her mind yet :/
