So does anyone know if you can have more then one ordinance in the game and also lets say you fast foreward a couple of weeks but moved it day by day lets say you wanna go back to the current date do you lose the shops you got or unlocked if you go back to the current date.

Only one ordinance at a time. No you don't lose the shops once they're unlocked.

You don't lose what you've already unlocked. And for ordinance, yeah, it's only 1 at a time. But you can change it any time you like. I think there's a price of 15,000 bells for each time you want to change the ordinance.
