Curt the Bear moved away and Alli the fugly Alligator moved in.
I wanna get rid of Alli the quickest way possible.

Travis, go to the town hall (civic center); say "I got a problem" and then say that one of the neighbors is a problem, then Pelly asks you what the problem is and she speaks to that neighbor... in this case you'll choose alli
