Everyone on here has been so amazing to me helping me find villagers I'm looking for so I think it's fate that a second Marshal plot popped up in one of my towns not long ago! I want someone else who has been searching for him to have him too 
Please have room for him in the case that you win as I will TT him to boxes for you immediately following the raffle (unless you aren't on when the raffle ends, then I will postpone the TTing)
I have never done a raffle before so if anyone knows a good randomized picking website (if not I will google something) then please let me know!

P.S. Only enter if you love and want Marshal, don't enter to win and sell him please there are a lot of people out there who are dying for him, I was one of them not long ago
Also, one entry per person so if you are entering for a friend that is not on TBT then you can enter yourself and win it for them. This made the most sense and if any regular cyclers know a better way to do this, again, please let me know.
EDIT: The raffle will be happening sometime tomorrow (I am on EST), I will announce the time when I know when I will be home. I will start making a list of the entrants now to do the actual raffle so I'm sorry but entries are now closed. I will PM the winner after it is done and they can come get him the next time we are both online. Good luck to everyone!
Sorry everyone for the results taking so long, due to some unforeseen problems going on irl I haven't had time to finish this/ a lot of other things on time or as planned. I will announce the results as soon as I can and again sorry for making anyone wait I feel really bad. I didn't mean for my first raffle to be so horribly executed.
THE WINNER OF THE RAFFLE IS... STARLY1234! Congratulations and you can come get him the next time we are both on! Sorry again for everyone kept waiting, next time I do something like this I will make sure to make it shorter so that if something comes up it won't affect the whole thing.
