Can anyone tell me what I'm supposed to do with these raffle snowglobes or coal things? I have a bunch just sitting in my inventory not doing anything.

I think you can go ahead and discard them. The raffle was drawn on 12/31, if I remember correctly, so you would already have won or not won. I'd wait for a mod confirm this though!

As @Foreverfox mentioned, the raffle tickets are from a past event and no longer have a use. Please go ahead and discard them.

You may mass discard them by checking the boxes beside each item and then selecting 'Discard Purchases.'
