Rain & Flowers

Just wanted to know if Raining watered the flowers like in City Folk? I have seen it rain walked around town a couple of times. Then it stops but the flowers aren't sparking like they normally do when watered, Thanks for the help.

I believe that rain does water flowers, but not all your flowers, and flowers that did get watered won't sparkle like they normally would.

All flowers are watered in rain (and snow!) .. But, they do not sparkle
