no no. Keep practicing and you'll get better. I say look up some tutorials on shading and proportion for starters. I watched a tutorial on eyes and immediately caught on. I've improved a ton since then! Don't give up.

Exactly. Keep practicing! And maybe it's better to ask for constructive criticism instead of a rating. That way people can give arguments and tips.
