Reading the amiibo cards, what are the symbols for?

Hey guys! So i was wondering, and its probably obvious lol, but how are you supposed to read these cards?
Like what are the dice for, the numbers are the bottom, the little symbols by the numbers andthe hand picture? I know the names are the bottom are their French and Spanish names but what are the other things for?

The numbers on the bottom is their birthday, and the little picture next to it is their zodiac sign. Not sure about the rest of them, though.

The dice and the rock/paper/scissors hands are used in Amiibo Festival.

The numbers and symbol at the bottom are the villager's or NPC's birthday and zodiac sign respectively. The dice and rock, paper, scissor symbols are for the Wii U game Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival.
