Really Strange Lag Problem

Hi. I do not have items loading slow or anything like that. Whenever I go to the museum, Redd's ship, randomly talk to characters on Harv's Island, or open my storage shed...it takes a while for the dialogue text to begin. Sometimes this happens just talking to villagers. It will be blank for a while, then start...and the sound/character's voice delays after the text loads. Sometimes when I open my storage shed, the bubble appears but no text for about 10 to 12 seconds, then the text appears asking what I want to do....put items away or get items out.There are no other problems with the game other than this. It's only when a dialogue bubble appears of any sort and anywhere. It's random but has been happening a lot lately. Every day I play it happens multiple times. Not every single time but randomly and can happen anywhere. Not on HHP though. During a half hour's time I've encountered it multiple times. It's like it's getting worse. There are no updates I need. Everything else works fine. Does someone know why this happens and can it be fixed? It's making me start to worry. Rain or shine, outside or indoors, at Harv's Island, museum, Redd's ship..it will randomly have dialogue hang for a while and audio catch up after the text loads, or my storage shed prompt text will hang then finally load. Docked or undocked. Different TVs used and all on game mode. Using Bluetooth or not. No system updates needed or software. It's has me stumped. The system and game aren't even a year old yet.

I'd like to add...Nintendo support says it could only be a software issue and to back it up and re download it. They have no clue what could be the cause other than that. It's the first report they've gotten about it. If the re download doesn't work, I've got a reference number. But I'm nervous about re download after back up. I've heard some bad experiences with simply transferring.

out of curiosity here...how many items do you have on your island on the ground? ive noticed that folks that have a lot of items laying around that the game will lag constantly. im also wondering how much of your memory is taken up as well? do you have a bunch of games that you play or is it primarily acnh thats on your switch?

Very few items. Not even many flowers or trees. The only other game I have on it is botw. It's really strange. Tonight, 5 minutes into game play, as I was going into the plaza to talk to Tom Nook, as I was going in the doors, it froze for a few seconds and then went in. That's new. Usually it's just dialogue. There's hardly anything around my plaza. 4 trees, 8 flowers, and two benches. The wild thing is, there's only lag when dialogue happens or I open my shed storage, and this new one tonight. That this happens on Harv's Island is really weird. I talk to them and the dialogue box sits there empty for a few seconds, sometimes a bit longer, then the text finally loads while their hands move but no sound, and then audio/whatever they say catches up... after the text has fully loaded and hand movements etc. Harv's island. Nintendo found it interesting and hopes I call back to let them know if re downloading resolves it. But I'm wondering now if it's something audio related. However, it still does this whether I use Bluetooth or not, and even when it's undocked or docked.
