Referral?!?

I've been on this homepage for a little less than a month, and I go to check my "about me" to see how it looks, and when I reach the bottom, I see "Referrals : 1" and I can't see what I have been noticed for, I only see that I've been referred to, I can't check what I've done wrong.

Is there a way to check what I've done wrong, or can't I see it?

It doesn't mean you've done something wrong. It means when a new user signed up they wrote that you referred them to the site.
