Just to clarify a few things that you guys may not understand, I'm creating this post.
First of and foremost, Shadow_Link willingly volunteered to create the skin. We didn't say he couldn't and that if he were to create one, we'd fully back him up. So he created one and due to a few mis-communications on Storm and my part, some things did not meet the standards we were hoping for.
So we asked SL to fix these things and he told Storm that he could fix the CSS to meet everything. Storm did so, and gave it back to Shadow_Link. Once everything was finished he PMed me everything and I put it up for Storm to review.
The first problem happened when the the skin wasn't compatible with IE6. We contacted SL and he said he wouldn't fix it immediately. Since we had set up a line (we told you guys it'd be up yesterday.) we decided to fix it ourselves. We than put it up on the forum as two versions: Autumn - Soft and Autumn - Soft ++. The latter of the two was SL's skin as it originally was, while the first was the one compatible with IE6.
SL than requested that we changed the name back to the way it was meant to be called, Animal Crossing Seasons - Autumn. We explained to him the reasoning why we changed the name, and at that point he requested that we take the skin down.
We did what he asked and that brings us to this point in time.
However, we are NOT bashing his work in any way shape or form. Unfortunately there was a mis-communications between the staff and him, which caused later problems. Like I said, he asked for it to be removed, which we fulfilled because in the end, we didn't hire him to do anything. We're hoping that eventually we can come up with a resolution, but until than, the skin will be removed until further notice.
Hopefully that clarifies everything. If anyone has ANY questions, I strongly urge you PM either myself or Storm, as it will be easier to communicate with you than posting on the boards.
