Hello, I'm Reggie. I'm a technical adult and I waste my time living in Animal Crossing rather than the real world. I got into Animal Crossing when I got Wild World back in the day. Ah the memories.

Didn't play City Folk but I bought a 3DS so I could play again. So here I am, making an account late in the game so I could see if I could get a villager. But if more happens because of it, I can't complain.

You should be able to get a villager.
There are plenty of people with cycling threads. Some accept TBT, which is the currency here. You earn by posting, or you could sell your in-game bells/items for some more.
