Greetings, puppies. Ignore my username here for a moment, eventually I will save enough bells to change it to my actual internet name. I am Reila Nimu, an amateur artist (have been drawing for one year and one month so far) and also a beginner YouTuber, soon to be a streamer too (still need a precious capture card... :~~ )

I don't think my art is anything particularly great but it still my art yeah? A few samples. Those first drawings I did to use in YouTube video thumbnails. However, I quickly stopped because I do daily uploads and it was becoming a chore.

My biggest weakness is... The fact I can't do shading as I am still struggling with understanding how light affects more complex shapes such as human and humanoid bodies. I also can't draw digitally, I haven't been able to get used to my tablet yet. It feels very slippery compared to paper, and when you draw on paper only for over a year, it is difficult to move to a different medium.

^ These are some emote drawings I did for my YouTube channel. I use them in my videos sometimes, and they are also on my current YouTube banner (which will be changed soon to an Isabelle/Villager/Duck Hunt/Pichu drawing, since they are my Smash mains).

Lastly, my YouTube channel, focused on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. However, I will be uploading Team Sonic Racing, Crash Team Racing and Animal Crossing Switch content in the future :3

I like your drawings! They're in a unique style that people can still read as 'head' 'face' 'arm' ect... Basically there isn't any confusion to it, it's easy to read. Your characters for your YouTube banner are easily recognized as the characters they are.

Thank you very much, both for commenting and for liking my drawings! Yeah, I studied the fundamentals so while I still have a lot to learn and improve, I don't struggle with properly composing a readable body.

I finally started my first playthrough of the GCN Animal Crossing. Since this is an Animal Crossing forum, and this is my thread, I think it is fine for me to share at least the first episode here:

It is not perfect. This is my first time recording stuff on the PC, and I committed a few mistakes, but on the bright side, I am a fast learner. I would folks here would be willing to spend some time sharing this journey with me
