Buying Relaxing Items

I am building a little spa esc thing in my back room. I have the outdoor bath, Deer scale, Cherry Blossom clock, Incense, Cicada Stereo,snail clock, Mannequin in bathrobe and head band, Sitar, bathmat, a koi (trying to catch another), and one rice-plant bed. The floor is autumn floor and walls are ivy. the room is at max size but looks empty, what should go in it? I want the room to look relaxed and natural.
