Reporting glitches immediately this time

Two glitches this morning:

One, double post merge just now in a thread; also noticed a triple post merge of someone's yesterday.

Two, when I clicked "send" in my private messages about 15 mins ago, I got the notice that I needed to wait 10 seconds between messages. Hadn't sent a previous message just seconds before that.

Just sayin'...I'm hoping this is not going to slowly escalate until it's completely out of hand like it has in the past.

post merges happen all the time so i dont think it's that big of a deal

This happens sometimes when there is server lag and it's nothing too unusual, so it doesn't really need its own thread. The post merge also helps when this happens because they can simply edit the extras out. In the future, you can always post in the Information Desk thread. Thanks!
