Requesting an Animated Siggy!

So like I've been playing Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time on my laptop and I just love Baby Luigi's battle stance so much I'm like putting it everywhere. I want to have a sig with the gif on it which I could make myself buuut my program is ancient and doesn't support animated stuff.

So! I'm looking for someone to make it for me! I'd like a banner around the size of mine (600x190), have the sprite gif on there somewhere and have text saying "Baby Luigi would like to battle!" on it. Also some kind of green background. Be sure to add your special effects and everything else to make it unique!

This one is small however, so I'd like it resized if possible to fit most of the banner.
There's also this larger one HERE that you can use, but in this one he doesn't pause for a moment (which I think is adorable omg) so use this one only if you can't make the other one work!

i know this is out of subject, but i'd like to say that baby luigi is the best luigi and i loved him so much in the game <333 i even have a plushie of him and baby peach (who is also a cutie!)

I actually used the sprite where he paused for a minute, but then when I optimized the sprite it removed that frame
Is 60 TBT fine? Do you need any changes?

Ahhhhhh I love it!! So adorable omg
Only thing I see is that the frames seem to "stick" when it moves. Not really an issue though so if it can't be fixed then no worries!
I'll send the 60 TBT right away! This is going in my signature immediately.
