Restarting town! Advice?

Ok, so...

I used to play this a lot about a year ago, even more than New Leaf.

Then, when I was time travelling, my favorite villager, Biskit, moved.

I got upset and reset my town...

Heheh. :/

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me, like:

- What to name my town? XD
- Fastest ways to earn bells
- How to get the villagers you want

To be honest if you don't play it a lot now, there's no point in restarting. If you restart while playing irregular, you'll come back and want to restart again. Well, that's how it usually goes for me.
