Today has been a nightmare. My brother took our dog to the dog park this morning where she was attacked and killed by another dog. RIP LUNABEAR.

It happened to one of my neighbor a few years ago... We were so scared to take our dog out after this.

I don't know what kind of dog attacked her but it was a big dog and luna was a small dog. She was a toy poodle mix.

wow sorry for your loss friend.
i have a maltese, when he was younger we took him to a dog park and this really big dog grabbed him and carried him around like some small toy. the owner wasn't doing **** & my mom was raging about it trying to get our dog away. i really dislike dog parks.

My dog park is more of an empty lot with trees and sand, and since my dogs are larger, we don't have to worry about another dog attacking. I couldn't imagine the thought of them being killed. My poor little blind dog is so frail and she couldn't fend for herself. I'm so sorry for your loss and I hope you are alright... Sue the owner of that other dog if you think it's right. They should have been more aware of what their dog was doing.

One of my cats got eaten by coyotes last month so I know your pain, my other cat is missing too and we think he met a similar fate, but at least the one cat we found part of to know it was him. =[

I'm really sorry that happened. It sucks when you lose a pet and it's pretty awful to hear. The dog that attacked yours, did it have an owner?

Dog parks are full of bad owners or people who don't know how to control their dogs or communicate with others.
