Hi everyone, it has been a long time since I've been here but I'd like to ask if anyone else has been enjoying Rivals of Aether 2
I have been playing Smash Bros. for a while now, and this is a nice platform fighter that feels like I can use the majority of my Smash muscle memory with
I've been enjoying leveling up all the rivals to level 20 currently. I happen to play the random button, but I enjoy Orcane a lot if I had to pick just one for now.
Etalus is coming out in the next few days and I'm excited to have another rival to use.
Does anyone else play online or offline? I haven't attempted ranked and I don't believe I will unless I get some local play in first with some friendlies or tournies.
I don't have too much experience with the first Rivals of Aether although I tried a few rounds on someone's Switch a while back and I am in a discord with some Steam Workshop modders of custom characters. without a shield mechanic it's a bit different than the smash mechanics I got used to for defensive stuff but the movement was still nice even if it means I have to depend on more mobile parrying options.
