Rock Spawn Issue

So I’ve been having problems with rocks spawning everywhere and blocking all my areas where snowballs would appear.
I looked up how often rocks are *supposed to spawn*. Once a day.
Not in my game. Multiple rocks spawn a day! Is something wrong with my game? Is this a bug? Is the information that only one rock spawns a day incorrect?

I’m so confused.

Its happening because you're breaking all your rocks every day. Its not that one spawns per day, its that all of your rocks respawn once every day, if you break them. An easy way to avoid this is to just not destroy your rocks every day. If you just hit them with a shovel/axe without eating anything, you won't destroy them
